Subconscious mind and the Subliminal Cds
Reading books and attending talks thought me that improve things in life takes a lot of work and determination. Like many, I eventually gave up after a few tries, be it no time or too lazy. Deep inside, it’s something inside myself refuse to endure the pain. Later, I discovered there’s a way to tame that thing inside me the easy way- hypnosis.
September 2007, I paid 300 something to attend 2 days workshop on self-hypnosis at Damansara Heights. It’s an eye opener but still I failed to continue after a few sessions I tried on my own. But, that already educated me that subconscious mind do play an important role in our everyday life whether we realize it or not.
April 2008, I bought Innertalk Subliminal Cds titled “Ultra Success Power” and “Better Relationships”. I had been advised to listen to the music everyday at least continuously for 30 days. But I just like my old self, on and off, I listened to the music in my car for only like 15 times in a month. Innertalk people claimed that it will work if I continue to listen and let the embedded message stabilize itself in my mind.

Still I have doubts it real effects as them claimed. Although in 1 month after hearing these music, I found out my relationships are heading a better directions. At the same time I woke up earlier everyday and clocked in for work earlier. Comparing to last time, I always late for work, my boss don’t really care since he don’t have the time to check my clock in time either. I also started to play badminton, just trying to get more exercise. I am not sure this is the Innertalk Cds effects, maybe it just my love life is getting better. Maybe it’s because I read the book “the secret” at around the same time.

I need a better evidence to verify these cd effects. Yesterday, May 2008, I bought another Innertalk Cd titled “Using Metabolism to melt fat away” for weight control. Today, I weight around 75kg, a bit on the fat side and marking this day in my blog that I will not try any other weight lost subliminal, hypnosis program for at least 2 months to see the effects on me. If the Innertalk Cd works, I will start a healthier lifestyle, lower intakes of junk foods, less fat food, exercise more and losing weight….let see how it goes in these few months ok?
